Don’t see the Tickets tab? Make sure you’ve switched to Creator Dashboard.
Hit the “Ticket and Masterclass” button. This opens up your ticket details page.
You’ll need to provide:
Add urgency by mentioning limited slots or early bird pricing in your description.
Make your event stand out by uploading a banner or poster. Ideal dimensions: 350x350px and 500KB for file size.
Click “Launch” and change status to publish, and click “Create” once you’re happy with everything. Boom, your ticket is now live and ready to sell!
After publishing, Selfany generates a unique link to your ticket page. You can:
You can also access your ticket link anytime from the “Products” tab on the menu in your creator dashboard.
Once a ticket is purchased, the buyer gets an automatic email confirmation with their ticket details.
Under your Sales history page, you can view real-time analytics, see how many tickets you’ve sold, and download your attendee list.
Need to follow up with attendees? Use the export option to download a CSV file and get emails and contact info.
Need to make changes to the ticket? Just:
A. Can I sell tickets to a physical event?
Yes! You can use Selfany to sell tickets for both virtual and in-person events.
B. Can I offer discounts or coupon codes?
Currently, coupon codes are not supported, but you can manually offer lower pricing for early birds by setting up separate ticket tiers.
